| I have a lot of friends but the best friend of mine is Larisa.I have known her for a long time, since our first school years.We have much in common:we like English and psycology, books and travelling.We are looking at this world in the same way and first estimate a person's mind, their kindness.We don't understand treachery.I think she is my true friend How many friends have you got?

| I have a lot of friends.Most of them are my schoolmates .But my bosom friend is Olga. She is 16/.She isn't very tall, but she is pretty in her own way. I like Olga because she is well-bread, lolly and kind. She does well at school, though she has an unbreakable rule: never to study at night no matter how many written reviews are coming in the morning .Olga goes in for sports and she is a member of our school basket-ball team. She is terribly quick and strong .It's a pleasure to watch her playing basketball. I don't like people who are bored at everything and who never make the slightest effort to be pleasant .That's why my friend is Olga, the most amusing person in the world. Olga is a sunny soul by nature and always takes the slightest excuse to be amused.My friend has an imagination and her own style .We help each other a lot and try not to quarrel. I like my friend.

| For most young people the most important problem is their relatioships, especially with their friends. Nothing can be worse than falling out with your best friends.We discuss any problem we may have with our friends. If we fall out with our friends, then there is no one to speak to.It is a serious problem.

| What do you think about friendship between a boy and a girl?
I've been best mates with Sasha for about seven years. We became friends when we started school together. Sasha sat behind me and we were always chatting away. Sasha usually agrees with me on things like music, but there is no way I''de take him shopping with me. He is very calm and avoids conflicts. We have only argued a couple of times.Sasha is the best friend.

I think I'm very lucky. I have a family that loves me and friends I enjoy spending time with.My parents and I are people of different generations, so we don't see the world in the same way. I appreciate their advice .They don't like all of my friends, but they don't say "no". They try to explain their point of view, and sometimes I find their arguments quite convincing.Real friends are very rare and you should cherish them.And if you happen to find them , take care of them, never hurt them and try not to lose them
